ServiceNow Messenger
Bring SMS capabilities directly into your ServiceNow workflows with Flow Designer actions, two-way messaging, and provider flexibility.
SMS-Powered ServiceNow Workflows
Bring SMS capabilities directly into your ServiceNow workflows with Flow Designer actions, two-way messaging, and provider flexibility.
ServiceNow lacks native SMS capabilities for workflows, forcing teams to use complex integrations or third-party apps with vendor lock-in. ServiceNow Messenger provides a flexible, provider-agnostic solution that works with your existing SMS provider (MessageMedia, MultiTxt, eTXT, Group Text, and more) while maintaining full control over your infrastructure.
How ServiceNow Messenger Works
Download and install the ServiceNow Messenger update set in your instance. Includes Flow Designer spoke actions and configuration options.
Link your MessageMedia account (or other supported provider) via the configuration tab. Generate API credentials and configure the connection.
Use Flow Designer to add SMS actions to your workflows—send messages, wait for replies, check delivery status, and capture inbound SMS.
